Good news alert: Krispy Kreme is turning National Doughnut Day into a weeklong celebration!
Krispy Kreme says a month is starting to feel like a year, nowadays. So, why not make a day a week? Starting next week, June 1-5, customers will get to choose a free doughnut.
The company is even making them available at the drive-thru. No purchase is necessary to qualify for a free doughnut. Customers can go Monday through Friday next week and choose a classic hot-glazed doughnut or any other variety that's available at their location.
The official National Doughnut Day is typically June 5.
