Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats To Deliver 800 Sandwiches For Charity

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats are teaming up with Snarf's Sandwiches to raise money for Colorado and Texas charities that help combat hunger with a delicious concoction of turkey, bacon, giardiniera peppers, but that's not all. The band's also hand-delivering 800 free "Rateliff" sandwiches to people experiencing homelessness in Denver on February 1.

"The Sweats and I along with @the_marigold_project have teamed up with@snarfssandwichesto battle hunger in Colorado and Texas," Rateliff revealed on Instagram. “'The Rateliff', a custom sandwich I put together, will be available at all Colorado and Austin, TX locations February 1st through March 31st (made with turkey, Swiss cheese, extra bacon, all toppings and extra giardiniera peppers on Snarf’s signature bread). 25% of Colorado sales will benefit @hungerfreeco and @ampthecause’s 'Fill the Void’ program, with Texas proceeds directed to@caritasofaustin."

“'The Rateliff' campaign kicks off with us delivering 800 FREE Snarf’s sandwiches on February 1 to people experiencing homelessness in Denver, both in encampments and at shelters," he added. “The band and I have always been regulars at Snarf’s. We are so glad to work alongside a great local business to feed our unhoused neighbors and support two great organizations. This past year has made our housing and hunger emergencies even more urgent to resolve. It's a gift to us to be able to alleviate some pain and brighten some folks' days, especially right now.”

Rateliff will be making his Saturday Night Live debut next month. He's set to be the musical guest on February 13, with Regina King hosting.
